Muse Research, Inc. Acquires www.kvr-vst.com

Leading website for audio plug-in software to be expanded

Menlo Park, CA. October 3, 2003 - Muse Research today announced that the company has acquired www.kvr-vst.com, the world's leading website for musicians with an interest in audio software plug-in technology. The company also announced that the website's founder, Ben Turl, has joined Muse Research as their Webmaster.

Building on a solid foundation
The kvr-vst.com website is the world's leading audio software plug-in website, with forums, an active membership, news mailing list, and up to the minute news about audio plug-in technology. Muse Research intends to maintain the site's established character; an independent, end-user driven information sharing site that allows people to learn about various plug-ins and discuss application advantages and disadvantages with candor.

"An association with Muse Research provides me with the means to expand the KVR site since I am now able to devote full time to music software related web activities" comments the website's founder, Ben Turl. "I am looking forward to making the site even more useful to our existing users, and to serving the needs of the entire music and audio software community" he adds.

"Ben's creation provides a valuable service for both the plug-in developer community and the musicians that use their products," comments Chris Halaby, founder and CEO of Muse Research. "The KVR site is a great gathering place for plug-in software users, and our intent is to make it even more useful as we work with Ben to enhance the site."
