The preferred way to obtain support directly from Muse Research is via the Support Helpdesk on Plugorama, this enables us to track the support ticket effectively, and ensure the relevant person can deal with the issue. Our telephone support line—(650) 326-5400 ext. 2—is also available during West Coast office hours (9-5 PST).
Alternatively, the Receptor Discussion & Support forum at KVR Audio is a great place to get user assisted support. Muse Research staff frequent the forum most days but it should not be used for first line support - we can't guarantee support requests posted there will be picked up and dealt with so please use the Plugorama Helpdesk or telephone support.
