June 22, 2009, Menlo Park, CA – Muse Research and Development is showing the new RECEPTOR 2 V1.8 operating system at the Sweetwater GearFest '09 on June 26 and 27. Catch live demonstrations of RECEPTOR 2 running Spectrasonics Omnisphere and FXpansion BFD2 software, as well as Native Instruments Komplete 5, Synthogy's Ivory and much more. See and hear for yourself why RECEPTOR 2 is the smarter, faster and better way to run these and many more virtual instruments and effects both live and in the studio. Muse Research president and CEO Chris Halaby will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate RECEPTOR 2's amazingly stable and powerful system.

"We are really happy to have support for Omnisphere, BFD2, and Komplete 5. These plug-ins are excellent examples of the creativity that we have all come to expect from these companies" Halaby commented. "Musician's will be pleased with how fast and great sounding these instruments are when they run on the RECEPTOR 2 family. If you're anywhere near Ft. Wayne, please come and check them out."
